Cancellations

To book in, a deposit of 20% is required. If a client does not attend or cancels within 24 hours of their scheduled appointment time, the deposit will be forfeited. Refunds of the deposit will only be given when a written cancellation notice is provided 2 business days prior to the scheduled appointment.

Policies

Mobile massages can only be booked for the first 7 days of recovery, when client's are the most uncomfortable. Thereafter, you can attend the either our Brisbane or Gold Coast location.

Lá Vem Ela reserves the right to refuse service.

Pricing

Lá Vem Ela pricing is subject to change at any point in time. This includes, but is not limited to, price increases, referral discounts, etc.

Payment types accepted include instant bank transfers, cash and EFT.
